The product, in the report: Munchkin Soap Dispensing Bottle Brush UPC: 735282143052

I used the bottle brush a handful of times because the soap dispenser didn’t work. Mid April I went to use it and clumps of the brush bristles were coming out. Yesterday when I went to pick it up to dispose of it, the plastic center of the brush disintegrated into small bits of plastic and bristles. As I was moving the brush more chunks of plastic bits kept falling off of the brush. I then placed a call to the Munchkin corporation to report and they said they have instructions on their packaging to discard after 45 days. I used it under 5 times total and also thought there was a lack of regard for this incident which could have harmed my baby if she swallowed the bristles or plastic bits from the brush head.
