The product, in the report: Farberware Grill Brush

The wires from the Farberware Grill Brush came off and stuck on the grill while cleaning and did not know that the wires were on the grill. I grilled some meats which the wires stuck on to. I did not know I ingested the wires until of pain in the abdomen a couple of days later. I had emergency laparoscopy and the surgeon found the wires sticking out of my intestines.
