The product, in the report: Tempered Glass Tumbler

Product: Williams Sonoma Duralex Picardie Glass Tumbler. Glass had been washed in a top-rack dishwasher cycle and had thoroughly cooled to room temperature. Daughter reached in to take glass out of the rack. She extended her hand and placed it on the glass but had not applied any pressure and it exploded in her hand. Small cut on hand but nothing serious. However dishwasher drain is now full of numerous tiny chunks of glass that fell into it and is no longer working properly.
