The product, in the report: Mainstays Tennyson 16-piece Drinking Glass Set 16 & 11 Oz
We purchased a Mainstays Tennyson 16-piece glassware set (walmart item #713988). These glasses have only ever been hand washed and 6 of them have now broken while being washed with 2 of these incidents causing lacerations. Walmart.com’s reviews for this item detail several other serious incidents from these glasses breaking during normal use. I have called the Walmart customer service number 1-800-925-6278 and tried to detail the incident and make a complaint with WalMart and they have refused to answer anything other than to go to the local store and speak to customer service.
