  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 28, 2023, sent to the company Jan 12, 2024, published by CPSC Jan 30, 2024

The product, in the report: True Living Plastic Cups 18 FL OZ With Grip, 50 count These are generic versions of a [REDACTED]. These cups are made of plastic, red, and about four inches from top to bottom and two inches across.

These are a generic version of [REDACTED] sold at the Dollar General in High Springs, Florida. I have found needle shaped pieces of plastic in the bottom of these cups while I was drinking from them and my elderly mother found one today in her mouth before she swallowed her beverage. If you pull all of the cups out and look through them you can see there are multiple pieces of sharp plastic in the bottoms of the cups. Fortunately, no one has been injured yet. I am concerned for children and their inability to recognize something like this, and that is why I am reporting this product.

These cups are True Living Plastic Cups 18 FL OZ With Grip
