The product, in the report: Tommee Tippee Sippee Cups. Here is a link to the item I purchased from.Amazon. I purchased four of these cups. Tommee Tippee Sippee Cup, Pink, 10 Ounce, 2 Count https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R7Q3GOC/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_PGi0wbVH03SGP
After seeing posts on social media about mold found in the Tommee Tippee Sippee Cups, I decided to open one of the spouts of my child’s cup. Sure enough, there was some gunk, possibly mold growing inside of the spout. I had just run the spout through the dishwasher, with the “sanitize” option selected. There was no mold, gunk, or whatever visible. It wasn’t into we broke open the spout, that the gunk was found. I’m wondering if this could be why my twins have been getting diarrhea! It can’t be safe for Babies to drink from these cups, if parents can’t get them clean the way any normal person would clean them.

The product, in the report: Tommee Tippee Hard spout sippy cup for ages 12 months+
We had bought the Tommee Tippee hard spout sippy cup. With reading the instructions, we have cleaned according to their instructions and boil the cup twice a week. The juice or water you put into the cup flows through the valve. Well, you can’t clean the inside of the valve. At all. I had seen many reports with mold being found in the valve. I took our less than one month old cup valve apart and found mold growing on the inside of my toddlers cup. My 19-month old had been ingesting mold from this sippy cup. This explains her recent vomiting and stomach aches. We have an older cup that’s probably 3-ish months old. I’m afraid to even see the inside. Other children are ingesting this and it cannot be safe.
