  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Sep 21, 2026, sent to the company Sep 24, 2026, published by CPSC Oct 8, 2026

The product, in the report: The pioneer woman Channing embossed tall tumblers in blue

The Pioneer Woman Channing embossed tall tumblers in blue purchased at Walmart came directly off the shelf in the store to my home and immediately unboxed. The product states it is dishwasher safe but I wanted them ready immediately so I was going to hand wash them. The first glass cracked in half as soon as it touched the water, which was hot, but cool enough to wash dishes bare handed. I thought it was just a fluke and put the second glass in the water and it shattered in my hand and cut my finger. All 4 glasses broke in half in the sink water. I bought 2 boxes of these and didnt even open the second box. If they had been placed in the dishwasher they would have shattered in my dishwasher
