The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Precious moments- 5-Piece Classic Pooh Mealtime Gift Set

We were gifted a baby/toddler dining set. Within a few hours of receiving it in the mail (direct from company) my 2.5 year old son fell while using the cup. It shattered and caused a lip laceration. We took him to the ER and he required 2 stitches. The product is marketed to babies and toddlers as shatterproof. No warnings on packaging of shattering so easily and causing injury. The edges are as sharp as ceramic.
