The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Nuby 10 oz insulated no spill easy sip cup gray.

Was pouring milk into a nuby sippy cup. The one that lights up when you tap the bottom of it. As I filled the cup it instantly exploded all over my hands and face. There was a black cloud of hot air that filled my lungs and my throat and eyes immediately started burning. I also got a mild burn on my right hand. About an hour later my breathing was very shallow and hurting to the point I had to go to the ER. At the er I received relaxers for my throat and breathing treatments.
