The product, in the report: NCVI Stainless Steel Training Tumbler Straw Cup Yellow 10floz, 5.4”W x 5.9”H, purchased off Amazon-asin #B0DF2RPYK2

My 14 month old son was using a stainless steel travel cup with a flip top lid while riding in the car. The mechanism that attaches the lid to the cup failed. In doing so, the mechanism(a pin and a spring) came out of the lid/cup and my son choked on it which also caused him to vomit.
