The product, in the report: Munchkin Click Lock 9oz Bite Proof Soft Spout Sippy Cup - 2pk Blue/Green
I bought the munchkin bite-proof lock sippy cup that is supposed to be bite proof may 22/ 2024 and last week July 1 I noticed that the blue cup had a hole in the spout where the drink come out and it isnt small its pretty big and he swallowed it!!(I found it in his diaper the next day) then I checked the green one and it didnt have a hole but its definitely not useable because he could swallow more silicon for something thats supposed to be bite proof neither of them lasted but a month and a week. I dont think this product is safe at all for children he couldve choked on the piece!

The product, in the report: Munchkin Click Lock Weighted Straw Cup for toddlers, 10 oz blue
I am a foster parent and a daycare provider. I purchased multiple Munchkin Click Lock Weighted Straw Sippy Cups for toddlers last month. Yesterday, a 24 -month-old child in my care was using the cup and was able to bite off the straw. She choked on a piece of straw about 1 1/4” long that broke off and was sucked into her throat. This cup has only been used about a dozen times. It was used by a child within the age it was intended for and was not used in a way that is abnormal for toddlers. This child could have been seriously injured or died.

The product, in the report: Munchkin® Click Lock™M Bite Proof Trainer Cup, 7 Ounce Munchkin® Click Lock™M Bite Proof Trainer Cup, 9 Ounce
Our Toddler bit through the cup’s “bite proof” spout and the spout detached and was in child’s mouth and he could have easily choked on it. Additionally, I made the manufacturer Munchkin aware that the dangerous issue as I see it is that the “bite-proof” tip is not a continuous one piece design, but rather the bite-proof portion of the spout tip has a seam where it attaches to the rest of the clear spout. This is were the separation is occurring. I have also discovered after the incident, that other people have documented this same issue and photos can be found on reviews on Amazon.

The product, in the report: Munchkin bite proof sippy cup, one was pink and purple. I think they were available in other colors.
We purchased Munchkin “Bite proof” sippy cups on Amazon. My 18 month old was playing then coughes up a piece of plastic.. Looking at it, we looked at the sippy cup.. She 18 month old must have bitten it and the center of the bite proof sippy cup came out.. Had 2 cups both missing all or part of the center.. Munchkin replaced and within a week had the same issies.. Theses sippy cups arent safe..
