The product, in the report: double walled tumbler/drinking cup with screw lid and plastic straw

I purchased a plastic drinking cup with lid and straw from Michaels Stores. While my 4 year old daughter was drinking from the cup she bit the straw. The straw shattered and she swallowed a sharp shard of plastic. The piece was around 1/2”long and 1/4” wide.

the concern was that the plastic would lodge in her esophagus or perforate her digestive tract. It’s a 3 day wait for the all-clear.
