The product, in the report: McDonalds Large Premium Roast coffee

On 11/30/2023 I went to McDonalds to make a purchase through the drive thru. I ordered 1 Cheeseburger, 3 McCrispy and 2 coffees. I get to the second drive thru window after paying for my order in the first window. The McDonald worker had handed me the food first and I placed the food in my car passenger seat. The worker then handed me the first coffee which I successfully placed in my cup holder inside the car. The worker then handed me the second coffee, as soon as the worker let go of the coffee, the coffee lid had popped off the top as it was already in my hands only, also in motion coming towards the car and spilled inside the car and gave me second degree burns on my left knee, left thigh and left upper leg. The worker stood there and watched while I was in instant pain. I never felt pain like that in my life and a manager came and asked if I wanted a new coffee. They never offered to call 911 or no other help. I had to drive home with my pants down in pain to have someone take me to urgent care to get checked out. Urgent care said the burns on my left leg were second degree burns.
