The product, in the report: The name of the product is Arc International Luminarc Bolero mug, 16-oz., box of 4, clear glass. Bought from Amazon, order # [REDACTED].
I had a set of four glass mugs I purchased about a year ago (January 2022), the Luminarc Bolero mug and the bottom just fell out with hot liquid in it. This is the second cup that did that. The first one, I thought was a fluke. But, the second just did it again and hot liquid went all over my leg, shirt, etc. I got the clothes off as fast as possible, but my legs were red, maybe a first degree burn. I have used them the same way I always did. In both cases they were on a cup warmer before they broke. I have used this cup warmer for years, and, I have used it with other mugs and have never had a problem or with these until in the last week, or so, and today, 2 have broken.
