The product in question is a “Love Your Mug” brand ceramic mug purchased from the Marshall’s store at [REDACTED].
I had brewed a cup of tea and was just about to take as sip when, suddenly, the cup cracked from top to bottom, spewing hot liquid all over the floor. Thank god, I was not badly scalded, but I can easily imagine other patrons not being as fortunate as me.
