The product, in the report: Thermal vacuum coffee cup
We were drinking coffee out of our new green canteen coffee mugs when suddenly we heard cracking sound. My husband’s cup top had split on one side of spout, as I looked down at mine, the entire spout area melted and dropped into my coffee. We had washed them by hand before use and of course because the bottom is metal a microwave was not used. The coffee was cool enough to drink and came right from our coffee pot. I called the company twice and [REDACTED] got back with me. I called Joanns and because I did not have my receipt, they could not help so I emailed their office with my safety concerns and they said because I didn’t buy it online I would have to go to my local store.
