07/31/2017 Consumer stated she heard a loud sound like glass had fell in her home. She checked around her home, she noticed her glass mug had shattered into small pieces on her glass table and living room floor. She stated 15-30 minutes prior to glass shattering she had drank cold water from the glass mug. She stated she uses the glass mug daily for cold beverage. Consumer stated this has happen before about several years ago.
08/02/2017 Consumer plans to contact manufacture today.
