The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Extra large Dunkin coffee cups

Something needs to be done about Dunkin and their defective coffee cups. I got burned again today because the lids to their cups pop off too easily. I have called them and complained but they just humor me and ignore the issue. I’ve been burned on the hands twice and today I wore it in my lap. The cups and lids are no good...no integrity in them. Bad enough there isn’t one that doesn’t leak all over the place though the liprolls of the rim. My vehicle is stained from it. If it were a newer vehicle I’d be far more upset about it but it is TOTALLY unacceptable.

The product, in the report: The coffee is served in a paper cup with a plastic lid that does not seal

Went to a drive thru at Dunkin Donuts in Old Forge PA. I ordered a large black coffee. As the lady was handing me the cup the lid came off, burnt my hand and spilled inside my car. This has happened no less than 3 times. The plastic lid on the paper cup does not seal
