I purchased 2 Cupkin toddler tumblers that were recalled for lead. I filled out the form for a refund, and the company replied stating they would send out a replacement immediately, or I would have to wait for a refund. I emailed the company stating I wanted a refund. I was responded to, stating they were indated and would contact me when the refund would be available. That was 3 weeks ago, I have heard nothing.
