The product, in the report: The glasses have a two cup capacity and are clear with tiny bubbles.

Just before Christmas we purchased four drinking glasses at a Bed, Bath, and Beyond Store not online. We brought them for Christmas and then again today for guests. I poured water into the glasses and while we were visiting in another room when we heard a pop. The glass had broken and water and ice were all over the table and floor. Tonight one of the glasses was sitting on the counter empty and the same thing happened. I tried to report it online but was told because it was not an online order they could not help me and because it’s been over 60 days since I bought them I can’t return them. My response was I was trying to report a very dangerous situation not get my money back. The person on the “chat” line said she agreed it was dangerous but there was nothing he/she could do.
