The product, in the report: Walmart’s ‘Way to Celebrate!’ brand, party supplies; offered as bags of 24 forks or bags of 8 forks, 8 spoons & 8 knives. Standard length, various colors; my color is light-green. Handle undersides imprinted with “unique”

I currently have a plastic fork tine (prong) traveling through my digestive system because it broke off the fork with which I was eating salad: after taking a bite & thinking one bite was a bit tough, I tried to get more salad & discovered one of the fork’s tines (prongs) was missing. I looked around me & on the floor: there were no plastic fork tines. I concluded I swallowed the tine with my salad. I spent over 2 days in disbelief (I have Level 1 Autism) before contacting my doc, who took X-rays & found nothing because plastic will not show on an X-ray. The next day, I went to the ER due to sharp bowel pain; an X-ray was taken, which also did not show the tine but showed a mass of waste in which they believed it was in had now gone from the small intestine to the large intestine. I still have not passed the tine. I was & still am at risk of suffering intestinal damage via scrape or puncture. The forks were purchased from Walmart earlier this year (2024) under their ‘Way to Celebrate!’ party items brand/line; these were sold to Walmart by a supplier named Unique Manufacturing Incorporated of Philadelphia, PA, which imports them from China. Only now do I see the undersides of the tines are grooved out in production, causing risk of breakage; furthermore, the forks are made of polystyrene a hard, brittle plastic. I still have the remainder of the fork as well as a matching knife; the broken prong has not passed & is still in my body.
