The product, in the report: Nuby Supersipper Easy Grip Straw Cup

My son (approximately 14 months old) was using the Nuby Easy Grip Supersipper cup to drink his milk. I was in the kitchen with him, but working on dinner prep. I looked down to find him chewing on something. When I checked to see what was in his mouth I found about half of the straw had broken off of the cup and he was chewing on it, posing a choking hazard. I always check the cups for wear and tear before giving them to him and had found none. These cups were less than 2 months old so they should not have been worn out.
