The product, in the report: Latte Mug, Nevaeh White by Fitz and Floyd. Sold at Bed, Bath and Beyond
I purchased 4 Neveah White by Fitz and Floyd Latte Mugs. The day after purchase, I poured boiling water into one of the mugs which cracked (but didn’t break) and the water came out. I tested the remaining 3 mugs with boiling water with no adverse results. I returned to Bed Bath and Beyond and asked if this was a common problem. The sales associate assured me that it wasn’t, and I therefore exchanged the cracked mug for a new one. After using these mugs for a few days (making tea with boiling water), today when I poured boiling water into one of the mugs, it cracked, broke and boiling water spilled all over me and I was burned.
