To Whom It May Concern, We are hoping this is an isolated incident and only writing to inform you of a potential risk that the Miracle® 360° Cup caused to our daughter.

June 20th, 2017 around 6pm my 14 month old was walking with her 10oz pink Miracle® 360° Cup when she tripped and fell forward. Her face collided with the cup and it severely lacerated her left nostril resulting in a visit to the ER and requiring 13 stitches to get her nose back in tact. (Official Diagnosis according to the discharge paperwork: Laceration of ala nasi; Facial laceration)

We have discontinued the use of the cup and have been warning people with young children of the potential danger the cup poses. We get that children fall, but when a product causes that much damage it is our belief that there needs to be some warning to consumers.

Below is the description of the cup from the website showing that we used it within the recommend age range.

*I tried several times to upload three pictures with no luck. Please let me know how to get those to you.
