Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

In September 2025, I purchased the Noelle 57 Piece Bone China Dinnerware Set, Service for 8 from Wayfair at this link: https://www.wayfair.com/kitchen-tabletop/pdp/lorren-home-trends-noelle-57-piece-bone-china-dinnerware-set-service-for-8-kbpx1129.html

I noticed the gold trim continually wearing off, but I thought that was perhaps from using too much hot water while cleaning, however when eating dinner the other night, the gold was wearing off into the hot food! People will be ingesting metals from using this product and will make them sick. This is toxic! The set is not at all Dishwasher Safe, Chip-Resistant, Oven Safe, Microwave-Safe, or Scratch Resistant. This product should be completely taken off the market and this company shut down for negligence.
