The product, in the report: Coffee/Tea cup, white inside/ colorful outside

I purchased a coffee/tea cup at Marshalls and intended to use it for the first time earlier this morning. As I was pouring boiling water over the instant coffee I heard a loud cracking sound and the hot liquid spilled all over the table. Luckily no one was sitting at the time by the table and no one was holding the cup. The cup cracked at the whole length of its side and bottom.
