The product, in the report: HIWARE Thick Heavy-weight Soup Spoons, High Grade Stainless Steel Soup Spoons, Set of 6
bought soup spoons in 2016 that I just now tested to see if they are harmful and they immediately showed to have high levels of manganese. I ordered more this week from the currently amazon listing and they immediately test as not food grade. The seller advertises them as 18/8 stainless steel and sells them for food use. This is dangerous as as they have likely sold millions of these spoons. I had my kids and self using them for almost a decade. I think they need to recall and notify anyone who bought any.
