The product, in the report: GyroBowl Its a 4 piece bowl (including the cover) meant to prevent children from spilling food. The product is orange and teal.
I recently purchased a GyroBowl through amazon.com. My15 month old figured out how to take the bowl out very quickly on the first use. We continued to use it but this morning he was using it for his cereal and started gagging out of no where. He had this orange piece lodged in the back of his throat. The orange piece was glued to the bottom of the inside bowl. I had to finger sweep it out. It was terrifying and he was hysterical. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. These should be recalled asap. I made an Amazon review that’s been submitted for approval. Wrote to one of the many GyroBowl facebook pages and wrote to Amazon because I’m having a really hard time tracking down the actual manufacturers.
