The product, in the report: Duralex Paris Clear Dessert Plate 8 1/8”

A Duralex Paris Clear Dessert Plate Exploded in front of my child while she was eating dinner off of it. We had just starting eating dinner when my child’s plate spontaneously exploded sending glass fragments up to six feet away on the kitchen floor. Miraculously, neither of us were injured. My child was understandably upset and crying because she could not eat her dinner. I had purchased the food at a restaurant, so there was not another portion to give to her. The plate was taken directly from the cabinet and food placed on it. The food was not overly hot or cold. Photos are attached.
