The product, in the report: Crisa set of 30 tumblers

Purchased a set of 30 Crisa glass tumblers form Burlington Coat factory within the last 3 months. The glasses are shattering. 2 have come out of the dishwasher with cracks. One shattered in hand while removing it from the dishwasher. The items were completely cool when being unloaded from the dishwasher. The dishwasher is in working order with no other dishes / glasses having a similar problem. There was Only a minor injury of a glass cut to the hand . I did not keep the packaging material that the glasses came in. I did go to their website and the tumblers appear to be of the “Boston” style tumbler. I did send an email to Crisa today via their website to notify them of the problem. Thank you for your time. Sincerely , [REDACTED]
