The product, in the report: Brita water filtration system (pitcher and dispenser) SpaceSaver model
On October 25 I hand washed a Brita water pitcher. The pitcher slipped in the soapy water and the top edge of it sliced my right index finger at the middle interphalangeal digital crease. The wound became infected, resulting in flexor tenosynovitis. Surgery was required (irrigation and drainage procedure), followed by two days of hospitalization and IV antibiotics.
