  1. No one hurt

Made May 23, 2024, sent to the company May 29, 2024, published by CPSC Jun 12, 2024

The product, in the report: Bella Tunno white with black speckles 5” diameter x 2.5” silicone suction bowl. 16oz. 4 months +. Purpose to eat from bowl

My 20 month old son placed a Bella Tunno 5” diameter 2.5” silicone bowl around his face which suctioned onto his face when he breathed into it. He could not pull it off which stopped his ability to get air. Thankfully, I saw him and was able to pull it off.

  2. No one hurt

Made Jun 2, 2022, sent to the company Jun 7, 2022, published by CPSC Jun 23, 2022

The product, in the report: Bella Tunno Hello Food Wonder Bowl - 20oz A round, pink bowl made from silicone with a suction cup base. 5 Inches (L), 2.5 Inches (H) x 5 Inches (W)

My 2.5 year-old child was eating pieces of watermelon out of a Bella Tunno Hello Food Wonder Bowl - 20oz. After finishing the watermelon, she tipped the bowl up to her mouth to drink the juice remaining in the bowl. She continued to tip the bowl toward her face at which point the bowl suctioned onto her face and completely covered her eyes, nose, and mouth. She let out a muffled scream and could not remove the bowl from her face. I was sitting across from her and reached over and had to pop the bowl off of her face as it had created a seal. I have had no issues with this bowl in the past. I fear that if I was not there to help, my child would have suffocated.
