  1. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: Vevor Brand 2500 gram electric grain mill grinder, 3400W. This is the second unit I purchased. The first worked fine for my small business. This is the website with the exact unit. I bought it directly from Vevor, although it is also sold at [REDACTED], etc. . https://www.vevor.com/electric-grain-grinder-mill-c_10642/vevor-2500g-commercial-spice-grinder-electric-grain-mill-grinder-high-speed-p_010668937709?adp=gmc&srsltid=AfmBOopdlNvSu79EnXfZ4ABwooFHHQrjwwI3GFdTNwYLl0L5FPpnN0l68Ho * Note: their official website claims two different watts for the motor. I don’t know which is true and which is false. I have video of the sparks flying while the machine was on. This website doesn’t accept the type of video file I have. I can email it to you.

I bought a Vevor brand 2500G electric grain mill grinder, 3400W for my business a few years ago and another last fall as a backup for my small business. The first time I used the new unit sparks flew, it overheated so much I couldn’t touch it after grinding for 30 seconds as it burned me. It smelled up the environment so badly I had to leave the area, and then it just stopped working. As I mentioned, I made an earlier purchase and never had trouble. I know how to use the machine and used it correctly. Before buying my first unit I contacted Vevor’s online customer service and specifically asked about the dried material I intended to grind and was told “yes,” this was the best unit to purchase. After the second unit failed I contacted Vevor repeatedly for over a month and they kept giving me different excuses. I kept the email threads. First, they told me it was “dangerous” and not to use it. A later message said it was “safe” to use. I was told multiple times they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. They did not resolve the issue. Their online customer support said not to use it despite what I was told another time. The story kept changing. I paid for the extended warranty, too! Then they accused me of grinding “vegetables” in it and overloading it. I have a small business and wasn’t making dinner with the machine!! I have a video of the sparking unit. My first unit never sparked. They even tried to tell me that this was “normal.” Your system won’t allow me to upload that video file, I tried, but I can email it to you.
