The product, in the report: It’s a white coffee grinder with a retractable cord. Approx. 5” tall. Photos included.
I use my coffee grinder with a retractable cord daily. I noticed that there was a break in the electrical cord that exposed the copper wiring. There was also a black mark around the cut, indicating an electrical arc had occurred. Upon further investigation, there was an additional break in the cord also with a black mark. I immediately stopped using the coffee grinder and I was not injured. I contacted the manufacture, and I was informed that was nothing they could do as the warranty had expired.
