The product, in the report: Kitchenaid Stand Mixer attachment FOOD GRINDER KSMFGA W11337707 SDO19007
I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred while using the KitchenAid meat grinder. During my use of the product, specifically while grinding beef, the end cap shattered into multiple pieces, resulting in an injury. This occurred after approximately 10 uses, and I believe the product is unsafe. Upon inspecting the shattered plastic, I discovered air pockets within the material, leading me to conclude that plastic is not a suitable material for a meat grinder attachment.
