The product, in the report: professional food service series twin towers trading mandolin
When using the mandolin for the second time, to dice a yellow onion, the knife blades began to detach from the portion that holds them to the mandolin. One blade completely separated and became mixed with the diced onion pieces. A second blade clearly became loose. The thought of a small sharp knife blade mixed with food was enough safety concern to have me bring this to your attention.
