The product, in the report: Meat chopper

When cooking sausage I was using the Dolgencorp LLC nylon meat chopper #54151 (UPC 076753541510)to chop the sausage in the pan. The product states it is safe to use in a pan up to 400F. The meat chopper has a flexible material in the handle near the part that comes in contact with the pan which caused the product to bend. When the bending occurred this caused hot food and grease from the pan to be slung up out of the pan causing minor burns to my arm. This product is not safe to use in a pan or near hot objects as the tag instructs it is.
