The product, in the report: “Slice and serve”. Pampered Chef product with a metal triangle shaped cutting serrated edge all around. It had a black plastic handle which cracked on both sides
Pampered Chef made a “ slice and serve” cake cutter with a sharp serrated edge all around. I was using it to cut a cake and the handle broke. That caused the serrated edge to cut my hand quite deeply. I reported it to them, but they did not seem to think that they needed to recall the product or to report it to your office. I do not want anyone else to get hurt. They sent a replacement and the handlebars been changed from the one they used before!

Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 9, 2013, sent to the company Jul 17, 2013, published by CPSC Jul 31, 2013
The product, in the report: Pampered Chef Food Chopper
We started noticing hundreds of little opaque *lines* in the bottom edge of the housing (the part that actually sits on your cutting board) and were like, “What’s that?” After investigating, in slow motion, we realized what was up.
The outsides of the waffled blades are so close to the edges of the clear plastic housing that they inadvertently collide, thus shaving off little bits of the plastic housing and intermixing them in whatever food we’re chopping.
