I purchased the Onion/Vegetable Chopper on Mar 2, 2019. During dinner prep, I attempted to push in a blade and lock it. The lock malfunctioned as I was pushing it into the insert and the blade cut into my thumb vertically, 3 inches deep, through my fingernail. I received 6 stitches in the emergency room.
