The product, in the report: leifheit apple slicer
I have a leifheit apple slicer marked with “66” that colapsed as in the prior 2002 recall. An adult was using the product to slice an apple. My hand was injured. Luckiily it was minor. Pushing down on an apple the blades released and pushed up into the palm of my hand.
