The product, in the report: Matte Finish Wood Handle Navy Fry Pan https://phantomchef.com/products/matte-finish-wood-handle-8-frypan?variant=28250675675236

I bought a frying pan from a local store in Toronto, Canada. Not even after 2 months, the handle of the pan broke while it was burning hot. I was cooking in the pan on my cooktop and while i was moving pan from the cook top to the table, the handle snapped off the the burning hot part of the pan landed on the table and shattered the table top. I was so terrified and shocked so I contacted the company and spoke to the CEO but he doesnt seem to care much about the issue. I waited one full month for the company to take responsible actions but nothing. The company is very new. I dont think they realize how dangerous their products can be. I feel extremely lucky that the hot pan didnt touch any of my family members but if it did, I would be so devastated right now. I just think all their products have to be recalled and ran through intensive quality check before it actually hurt someone really bad. I am bringing this issue to attention of as many people possible so something can be done by force since the company seems to want this can just slip. Hope this can be heard by right person. Thank you
