  1. No one hurt

Made Sep 16, 2014, sent to the company Oct 30, 2014, published by CPSC Nov 17, 2014

The product, in the report: 12” frying pan

The skillet can slide off of the stove. Some time in 8/2014, the skillet buckled approximately 1/4” in the middle of the pan. The consumer has a similar smaller skillet, which was purchased with this pan and it does not have the same problem. The consumer has to hold the skillet to prevent it from sliding off of the stove. She still uses the smaller skillet, but discontinued use of the larger problematic one.

The consumer called the Charleston, WVA Attorney General’s Office and she was referred to the CPSC.

The consumer has an electric stove.

The consumer went back to store after skillet was defective and got what information she could from another skillet, exactly like the one she had.
