The product, in the report: Empower vortex power XL Air fryer . Black in color. Product is burned and melted beyond recognition but I uploaded a pic of it new from online. It was purchased from Kohl’s but unsure of exact seriel number
A vortex power XL exploded seconds after my daughter had used it, causing a fire and resulted in us losing our home and our family separated in displacement for weeks before being able to get into a rental apartment,which is our current status . The injuries and harm done as a result of this trauma is devastating to both myself and my daughter, we are under the care of professionals (doctors and therapists) in trying to recover but this process will be a very long road, if even a possibility, for healing what damages have occurred and are still occuring. Verification of these facts are available thru medical records ,therapy reports& evaluations,fire reports,and diaster assistance organizations such as [REDACTED] as well as local help programs.
