The product, in the report: Ultrean 5.8 Quart Air Fryer, Oilless Oven Cooker with 10 Presets, Nonstick Basket, 1700W (Black)
My air fryer caught on fire after I had used it and unplugged it from the wall. The only reason I knew it had caught on fire was because five minutes after I had used it. My smoke alarm went off, and my air fryer was engulfed in flames.

No one hurt Made Jan 19, 2022, sent to the company Jan 24, 2022, published by CPSC Feb 7, 2022
The product, in the report: Ultrean 6 Quart Air Fryer, Large Family Size Electric Hot Air Fryers XL Oven Oilless Cooker with 7 Presets, LCD Digital Touch Screen and Nonstick Detachable Basket,UL Certified,1700W (red)
I ordered an Ultrean 6 Quart Air Fryer, Large Family Size Electric Hot Air Fryers XL Oven Oilless Cooker with 7 Presets, LCD Digital Touch Screen and Nonstick Detachable Basket,UL Certified,1700W (red) in May of 2021. Last week, my son was removing the basket/drawer, and the lower pan dropped off the basket. He had been cooking in it at 400°, so the pan was very hot, but he managed to dodge the hot pan. I told him to be sure not to hit the release button as he was removing it, and he told me he hadn’t. Last night, he was removing the pan full of fajita filling, and it fell off the basket once again. Once again, the pan was 400°, and this time the pan contained hot fajita marinade that had drained down during cooking. Fortunately, my son wasn’t burned. My husband and I both took a look at the pan/basket, and the pan disengaged from the basket while if we held it a certain way or shook it—which we do all the time so the food cooks evenly.
