The product, in the report: 6 qt deep saute pan with lid. Kirkland Brand. Number on skillet 275313, Made in Thailand

I purchased two 6 qt Deep Saute pan from Costco a couple of weeks ago. It was their Kirkland brand. While cooking dinner, I was using the lid on the pan, off and on about 30 minutes into cooking entire lid shattered with the glass and handle falling into our dinner. I have pictures of the shattered lid on the pan, untouched if needed. I am very concerened about the safety of this product. There is no number on the lid, but the pan has 275313, Made in Thailand. I am going to return them to Costco but only after I get a response from you. I am concerned that they might not report it. I have been cooking for many years and have never had a lid blow up on me before.
