The product, in the report: Insignia 5qt. Digital Control Fryer Model: NS-AF53DSSO
I contacted Insignia Products this afternoon regarding how to use Insignia 5qt. Digital Control Fryer, Model # NSAF53DSSO, at l-877-467-4289 regarding how to use this product. I was told this model was not to be used due to a product recall regarding possible fire hazard. I was directed to contact www.insigniaaitfryerrecall.expertinquiry.com for help. When I contacted this site I was directed to ads foe [REDACTED] products. I called another number and received no response. I believe Best Buy is creating consumer fraud despite their agreement with the Federal CPSC to reimburse consumer who purchased their defective products. I seek your help to have Best Buy to reimburse me for this dangerous product. I purchased this product 6/17/21 and used a [REDACTED] debit card for a total of $65.31 .
