The product, in the report: 360 Air Fryer Oven
The Emeril Lagasse 360 Air Fryer turned on and started preheating by itself. We shut it off but this happened 3 more times for a total of 4 times within approximately a 30 minute period. This is unsafe and poses a risk of substantial damage/ injury. The unit is kept unplugged but was plugged in to start using it after prepping. An appliance should not turn on by itself, its unsafe. The instructions state to keep unplugged, well of course that “solves” the problem but there is certainly a design flaw which makes this happen. A recall should be initiated as there has been other reports of the same issue.
