The product, in the report: Black Elite Gorrmet 4QT Oil-free Air fryer
When using my Elite Gourmet Air Fryer Model EAF4617 I had it set to 390 degrees as the item i was making called for. I set the timer for 15 mins as required and upon completion remved the basket from the base the handle melted clean off the basket and fell to the floor. The unit itself was still smoking even after the unit had been turned off and unplugged.

Hurt, care not known Made Nov 4, 2020, sent to the company Nov 16, 2020, published by CPSC Dec 1, 2020
The product, in the report: 5 quart Air Fryer
I have an Elite Brand Platinum 5 Quart Digital Air Fryer EAF-501SS. After about 4 months of use the air fryer would flicker on and off by itself. I would not even be at home and it would turn on. The door would not shut properly and could have very easily started a fire. I found this out because my wife came into the kitchen after it had turned on by itself and i was gone. She said it was really hot and burned her finger. The door had also come out a little bit.
I reported this to groupon goods where i had purchased the item.
