Item: Boknight Steamer Basket Place of Purchase: Price Chopper (grocer), Ogdensburg, NY Supplier (according to Price Chopper): “Bradshaw Home Ph# 909-476-3884” I sliced my thumb open simply washing the item after using it, because the metal on the entire circumference of the bottom of the item is as sharp as the edge of a knife. I reported this on-line to Price Chopper, urging them to no longer carry the item. According to the 1/23/19 response letter from Price Chopper Claims Adjuster [REDACTED], “This matter has been referred to Bradshaw Home, who is the supplier of that product, for handling. A representative of this company or the manufacturer will contact you directly. In the meantime, if you do not hear from them within 10 business days please feel free to contact me at [REDACTED].” All further attempts to reach [REDACTED], Price Chopper, and Bradshaw Home have received no response. Please help get this item taken off store shelves everywhere until its design is corrected to allow safe use and cleaning. Thank you in advance.
