The product, in the report: Air Fryer
The consumer indicates that him and his family came home to find the air fryer on. The consumer’s wife tried to turn it off but it would not do so and instead she had to unplug the unit from the wall. The consumer did not plug the unit back on for another three days with the hopes it would reset itself however upon turning it on again the unit turned off by itself within a minute or so. After another minute, the unit turned on by itself and had different times and temperatures than previously set to. The consumer stopped using the unit.
The consumer tried to get in contact with the Manufacturer but was unable to.
The consumer states that the unit was used three to four days per week prior to the incident.
The consumer plans on keeping his air fryer for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
